Before You Order

Please read the product title, selected option, included items, photos, measurements, material notes, preparation time, and shipping information carefully before checkout. Lolita items often have separate dress, blouse, accessory, and set options.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact loliroom.fashion@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved. The return address and instructions will be provided by email after approval.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us within the return window with your order number and selected item.
  • For wrong, missing, damaged, or quality-related issues, include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue you found.
  • Wait for our return approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.
  • Use a tracked shipping method when sending an approved return.

Return Condition

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from perfume or makeup marks, and returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable.

Some hygiene-sensitive, customized, limited-availability, made-to-order, final-sale, intimate, sock/tight, earring, opened accessory, or worn hair-accessory items may not be returnable where permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Pre-order & Order Preparation Items

Many Lolita pieces are pre-order, limited, option-specific, or prepared after purchase. If a cancellation request is made before the item has entered preparation or brand confirmation, we will do our best to help. Once an item has entered preparation, been confirmed with the brand, shipped to us, or dispatched internationally, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds & Exchanges

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and payment-provider fees may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Because many Lolita items are limited, pre-order, or option-specific, exchanges may not always be available. If you need a different size or option, please contact us before sending anything back.

Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or an item damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, label, and item. We will review the case and help with a reasonable solution.

Small issues that do not affect wearability, such as loose threads, slight removable dust, or minor marks caused by long-distance shipping, may be handled with care guidance, partial compensation, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid duties or taxes, missed collection, or failure to respond to local delivery notices, any reshipping cost, return cost, duties, taxes, and related fees may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
