Shipping & Order Timelines
Loliroom ships selected Lolita dresses, coordinates, shoes, and accessories with tracked shipping options shown at checkout. Each product page shows whether the selected item is an order-preparation item, a pre-order item, or a ready-to-ship item.
How to Read the Timeline
Total waiting time = preparation time + tracked shipping time after dispatch.
- Order preparation: most prepared items usually need 6-9 business days before international dispatch.
- Pre-order: the preparation period is shown on the product page, such as 30 days, 45 business days, 2 months, or 4 months.
- Ready to ship: only used for pieces already held by Loliroom. These items usually dispatch within 1-3 business days.
Tracked Shipping After Dispatch
After an item has finished preparation and has been dispatched, tracked delivery usually takes:
- EU destinations: usually 4-8 business days after dispatch.
- United States: usually 6-12 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: usually 7-12 business days after dispatch.
- Australia / New Zealand: usually 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- Japan / Singapore: usually 6-7 business days after dispatch.
Local customs, holidays, peak seasons, address issues, weather, and carrier delays may affect the final delivery date.
Shipping Fees
Exact shipping rates are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. EU orders may qualify for free tracked shipping above the free-shipping threshold shown in the site banner. Some non-EU and long-distance destinations may not be eligible for free shipping.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains items with different preparation timelines, the order may ship together when all items are ready. If you need separate shipping, please contact us before or right after placing the order. Extra shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, duties, taxes, customs fees, or local import charges may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and may be the customer's responsibility where applicable.
Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is delayed, returned, refused, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unpaid duties, or missed collection, additional costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
