How Loliroom Orders Work
Ready Stock
Items marked Ready Stock are prepared first and are usually dispatched within 48 hours on business days after order confirmation and quality check.
Order Preparation
Many curated pieces need order preparation and quality check before international dispatch. The usual preparation time is 6-9 business days.
Pre-order
Pre-order items follow the preparation period shown on the product page. Shipping time starts only after the item is ready and dispatched.

Mixed Carts
A mixed cart means your order includes both Ready Stock items and order-preparation or pre-order items. Because these items have different dispatch timelines, checkout may calculate more than one shipping part.
- For eligible EU mixed carts from EUR 100, the Ready Stock shipping part is free, so checkout usually shows only the order-preparation or pre-order shipping rate for that destination.
- Example: a tested Spain mixed cart at EUR 140.98 showed EUR 19.90 shipping, not EUR 32.80.
- For United States / Canada mixed carts below EUR 170, Ready Stock EUR 19.90 and order-preparation or pre-order EUR 24.90 may combine. A tested EUR 140.98 mixed cart showed EUR 44.80 shipping.
- For United States / Canada mixed carts from EUR 170, the Ready Stock part is free. A tested EUR 221.97 mixed cart showed EUR 24.90 shipping.
- The final shipping total is always shown at checkout before payment. Loliroom does not add a hidden handling fee after checkout.
Preparation & Pre-order Notes
- Pre-order preparation time is not included in the shipping time.
- If your order includes items with different preparation timelines, they may be dispatched together after all items are ready, or separately when this is more suitable.
- A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
- Please make sure your name, phone number, address, and postal code are complete and accurate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are included. Applicable import duties, import taxes/VAT, and standard customs-clearance charges are handled by Loliroom as part of the shipping arrangement shown at checkout. Non-standard costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused or uncollected parcels, storage, redelivery, return shipping, remote-area service, or customer-requested changes are not included.
