EU / US / Canada Shipping & Customs Guide

This guide explains what customers in the EU, United States, and Canada should check before ordering from Loliroom. Exact shipping rates are shown at checkout after the delivery address is entered.

Shipping Time Starts After Dispatch

Total waiting time is preparation or pre-order time plus tracked shipping time after dispatch. A pre-order item is not already in transit during its preparation period.

EU Customers

EU parcels may be reviewed by customs. VAT, customs duties, carrier brokerage, or local import charges may apply depending on the shipment, destination, and checkout method. Unless checkout clearly says duties or taxes are included, please assume local charges may still be requested by the carrier or authority.

EU customs note from July 1, 2026: the European Commission announced a temporary EUR 3 customs duty per item for low-value distance-sale imports from outside the EU, with related traceability changes. The practical handling can depend on route, declarant, customs process, and local carrier rules. We keep this guide conservative so customers do not get surprised at delivery.

United States Customers

US orders may be checked by customs or the local carrier. Any local import charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier requests are handled according to local rules. Please check tracking and carrier messages after dispatch.

Canada Customers

Canada orders may be reviewed by customs or the carrier. Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local import charges may be requested before delivery. Please respond to carrier notices before the deadline.

Why We Ask for a Phone Number

A phone number helps local carriers contact the recipient for delivery, pickup point notices, address confirmation, or customs questions. Please use a number that can receive local delivery calls or messages.

Refused or Uncollected Parcels

Please contact us before refusing a parcel whenever possible. If a parcel is refused, uncollected, returned, delayed, disposed of, or held because of unpaid local charges or an incomplete address, extra return, reshipping, customs, or handling costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
