Delivery Problems & Address Help
Shipping Support
This guide explains what to do if your shipping address needs correction, tracking is delayed, delivery is attempted while you are away, a parcel is waiting for pickup, customs asks for information, or a package arrives damaged.
Before Checkout
Please check your delivery details carefully before paying. A complete address helps the carrier deliver the parcel smoothly.
- Use the full recipient name that can receive the parcel.
- Include street name, house number, apartment, building, floor, or entry code when needed.
- Check the city, province/state, postal code, and country.
- Add a phone number that the local carrier can use for delivery contact.
- Use an email address you check regularly, because tracking and support updates may be sent there.
After Ordering
If you notice an address or option mistake, email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details. Changes may not be possible after payment review, preparation, or dispatch has started, but we will check what can still be done.
Tracking Has Not Updated
Tracking is sent after dispatch. It may pause while the parcel is waiting for carrier scans, customs processing, international transfer, local sorting, holidays, or peak-season handling. Please also check the local carrier website when a last-mile tracking number is available.
Failed Delivery or Pickup Point
If the carrier leaves a delivery notice, asks you to book redelivery, or sends the parcel to a pickup point, please follow the local carrier instructions before the deadline. Uncollected parcels may be returned, delayed, or disposed of by the carrier. Extra return, reshipping, customs, or handling fees may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International parcels may be checked by customs. Depending on your country, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local import charges may apply. These charges are set by local authorities or carriers and may be the customer's responsibility where applicable.
If customs or the carrier asks for information or payment, please handle it before the deadline. Refusing a parcel or leaving duties unpaid can cause return, delay, disposal, or extra fees.
Before Refusing a Parcel
Please contact us before refusing delivery whenever possible. Once a parcel is refused or returned by the carrier, we may not be able to stop return fees, customs fees, disposal, or loss.
Damaged Package
If a package arrives damaged, please take clear photos before discarding anything:
- the outer parcel or box,
- the shipping label,
- the inner packaging,
- the item and the damaged area.
Email us with your order number and photos as soon as possible so we can review the case.
