Loliroom only wants real customer feedback. We do not create fake reviews, fake buyer photos, or pretend an item has customer photos before real customers share them.
How Reviews Are Collected
After an order has been delivered, Loliroom may invite the customer to leave an honest review about quality, fit, shipping, and service. Customers can share both positive and critical feedback.
Buyer Photos
If a customer sends a photo, we will ask for clear permission before using it on our website, product pages, social media, or marketing. Please do not send photos that include private documents, payment details, full addresses, or other sensitive information.
What We Will Not Do
- We will not invent reviews.
- We will not use a customer's photo publicly without permission.
- We will not ask customers to hide real problems.
- We will not pressure customers to review an item before delivery.
