Does Loliroom sell authentic Lolita brands?

Loliroom is a curated Lolita fashion store. We select pieces from original Lolita labels, independent brands, and trusted ateliers. Brand names are shown on product pages whenever the brand is known.

What is included in the price?

Only the selected option is included. Lolita listings may offer a dress, blouse, sleeves, headwear, petticoat, or set options separately. Please check the selected variant and the Included note before checkout.

Are colors and measurements exact?

Colors may look slightly different because of lighting and screen settings. Measurements are usually taken manually, so small differences can occur. Always check the product size chart before ordering.

Order Timeline

Are all items ready to ship?

No. Each product page shows the timeline clearly: order preparation, pre-order, or ready to ship. Most order-preparation items need 6-9 business days before international dispatch. Pre-order items have their own preparation period on the product page.

When does shipping time start?

Shipping time starts after the item has finished preparation and has been dispatched. The total waiting time is preparation time plus tracked shipping time after dispatch.

Can a mixed order ship separately?

If your order contains items with different preparation timelines, we usually prepare them together. If you want ready items shipped first, contact us as early as possible. Extra shipping fees may apply.

Payment & Discounts

Which payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Loliroom checkout is processed securely through Shopify and approved payment providers. Depending on your country, device, browser, currency, and provider availability, checkout may offer card payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined unless the promotion clearly says they can be combined.

Shipping & Tracking

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping is calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address. EU orders may qualify for free tracked shipping above the current free-shipping threshold. Some non-EU and long-distance destinations may not be eligible for free shipping.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is provided after dispatch.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after payment review, preparation, or dispatch has started, so please check your address carefully before checkout.

Returns & Support

Can I return an item?

You may request a return within the return window shown in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact us first and wait for approval before sending anything back.

What if an item is wrong, missing, or damaged?

Email us with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item. We will review the case and help with a reasonable solution.
