Order Help

This page helps you understand your Loliroom order after checkout. If you are unsure about a timeline, address, payment, return request, or selected option, email us with your order number and we will help.

Check Your Order Status

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please keep that email because it includes your order details and the selected options. Tracking is sent after dispatch.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, contact us from the same email address used at checkout.

Before Dispatch

  • Order preparation items: usually prepare within 6-9 business days before international shipping.
  • Pre-order items: follow the timeline shown on the product page.
  • Mixed orders: may ship together when all items are ready unless separate shipping is arranged.

Change an Address or Option

Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after payment review, preparation, or dispatch has started.

Payment Review

Some payments may need extra review by the payment provider. We only begin preparation after the order is safely received and reviewed. For higher-risk orders, we may contact you to confirm details before processing.

Return or Problem With an Item

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Email us with your order number, photos if relevant, and a short explanation. If a return is approved, we will provide the next steps by email.
